ORJ possesses the advanced processing facility to make orthodontic products after years of development, it has more than 60 CNC machining equipment for brackets processing, and the whole ability to make many kinds of moulds. In addition, it has the precision casting system, the automatic welding system, the laser welding and marking system, the ultra-sonic cleaning system, and the surface treatment system. Furthermore, ORJ has strong procedure management, raw material control, batch number control, non-conformity control, inspection control and after-sale service management.
